Widgets in Online Access
See the available widgets and what information they bring to your dashboard.

Volume Widget
By default, the Volume widget shows your year-to-date monthly volume.
From the drop-down menus, select a specific year or month to view.
New Business Widget
Easily see the full cycle of a contract after it's finalized.
The first tab (NEEDS WORK) shows any contract that may need more detail to process.
The second tab (DIGICON QUEUE) shows pending contracts in DIGicon (contracts waiting on paper signatures, funds, or pending funeral home approval).
The third tab (ENDANGERED) lists any endangered contracts. You can switch between the "About to Lapse" and "Lapsed" sections. You can also see the Pending Lapse Date.
The fourth tab (PROCESSING) displays contracts currently being worked on by the New Business department.
The last tab (NEW) shows settled contracts. Select a date from the "Settle Date" drop-down to specify the date range displayed.
Policy Stats Widget
Provides additional statistical information about written contracts for a given time period.
The default setting is year-to-date, but you can view the monthly statistics by selecting the drop-down menu (seen below).
Commissions Widget
See quick information related to commissions with the Commissions widget.
The first tab displays a graph of the last 4 commission pay periods.
The second tab shows a history of chargebacks.
The third tab lists your commission statements.
Arrangement Guide Widget
The Arrangement Guide widget gives you a quick look at the life of an online preneed planner from lead to settled contract.
By default, the first tab shows a list of LEADS from the last 6 months. Change the time frame by clicking the Last updated drop-down
The second tab (PENDING SETTLEMENT) provides a list of contracts currently being processed and not yet settled.
The third tab (COMPLETED CONTRACTS) shows all contracts completed this week. Change the time frame by clicking the Last updated drop-down.
Select the eye icon to view a PDF version of the applicant's current selections.
Select the document icon to see quick details about the applicant.
Troubleshooting widget issues
If widgets on your dashboard show an error or aren't working correctly, try clearing the cache in your web browser.
See instructions below for how to clear cache on various browsers:
After clearing the cache, close and re-open your browser. Then, try to view your dashboard widgets again.
