Scan & upload documents with FDL Mobile
Add relevant documents to policies using FDL Mobile's DIGiscanner or the Policy Search.

Adding documents to processed policies
You can add relevant documents to preneed policies after they have been processed using Policy Search.
Under the left menu [☰] or on the home screen, tap Policy Search.
Use the search bar to find a policy.
Tap to select a policy.
Swipe over to the Documents screen.
Tap Add document.
Choose Scan document.
This walkthrough focuses on document scanning, but you also have the ability to Choose from photos or Choose from files!
Position the document within the camera viewfinder.
The scanner automatically takes a photo once the document is entirely in frame.
If you would like to add another document, tap Add document.
Repeat this step until all documents are added.
Once you are done adding documents, tap Upload.
Tap Upload again to confirm.
Done! You will now be able to find these documents in Online Access.
Attach files to DIGicon contracts
This section only applies to DIGicon users writing preneed contracts.
Check out this video to see it in action or continue below for detailed instructions.
First, open the DIGicon contract to which you would like to add supporting documents.
Scroll to the Authorizations & Disclosures section and look for the QR code.
Next, open FDL Mobile on your phone.
Tap DIGiscanner.
Tap the QR button in the bottom right corner.
Use the viewfinder to scan the QR code in DIGicon.
Tap Add document.
Choose Scan document.
Use the viewfinder to scan each document you want added to the DIGicon contract.
The viewfinder will automatically scan and crop your documents.
Feel free to scan multiple documents before continuing!
Tap Save.
Tap Upload to add the scanned documents to your DIGicon contract.
Tap Upload again to confirm.
You’ll receive a confirmation that the documents were successfully uploaded to the DIGicon contract.
You can see a list of uploaded documents by swiping to the right.
Done! You can now finalize the DIGicon contract.
