Remote support in DIGicon
Our Help Center can access your device remotely when you need help with DIGicon.
If it is your first time receiving remote support, you may need to allow permissions or install TeamViewer.

Windows support
You must be updated to at least DIGicon 25.1 to access TeamViewer and receive remote support.
In DIGicon, click the Chat button at the top.

Through this chat, a Help Center team member can send a request to access your device.
A Windows prompt will ask you, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
Click Yes.

Then, click the TeamViewer icon in your taskbar.

Click Accept on the Disclaimer window.

The next window may show a RED status at the bottom.
Wait for the status to turn GREEN and say Ready to connect. You'll know you are ready to proceed when the Session code and Your name are filled in.

Next, a Help Center team member will request access to your device.
Click Allow access.

Click Allow access again to confirm that the session will be recorded.

We're in! Our team can now take control and provide remote support.
iPad support
To receive remote support on your iPad, tap the chat button in DIGicon.

Through this chat, a Help Center team member can send a request to control your device.
If this is the first time receiving remote support, you'll need to download TeamViewer QuickSupport before Help Center can access your device.
Mac support
To receive remote support on your Mac, click the chat button in DIGicon.

Through this chat, a Help Center team member can send a request to control your device.
