Complete the Reconciliation Sheet
First navigate to the DIGiclaim Dashboard.
Click the paper icon under the Reconciliation Sheet column.
Fill out the Preneed and At-Need prices.
If the contract was written in DIGicon, the Preneed price will automatically populate.
The fields on the left will update as you fill in the prices.
If you list At-Need as today's prices, the Inflation Discount will automatically adjust.
After you have finished inputting the prices, input the Total Growth that can be found on the Quote Form (Guaranteed Family Credit + Non-Guaranteed Family Credit + Family Growth Amount).
List any upgrades, downgrades, discounts, or credits offered. We will need a General Price List sent to us.
The Inflation Discount is automatically calculated, so there is no need to enter it again.
If you would like to print the Reconciliation Sheet before completing and signing, click Save on the left side, then click Download.
Once you've finished all entries on the Reconciliation Sheet, continue to the next step by clicking Complete and Sign.
If you want to save your document and sign later, click the Save button.
Type your name in the Signature box.
Click Yes to accept the Disclaimer.
Now, return to the DIGiclaim Dashboard to view the signed Reconciliation Sheet. Find it under the View/Attach Documents column.
