Preneed policy management
Reviewing contract details
From the Contract tab, the policyholder can see all preneed contract details.
This page includes a few sections to scroll through:
- Contract: Policy Number, Funeral Home Name, Agent Name, Effective Date, Original Contract Amount, Premium Paid-in, Current Outstanding Balance, Travel Plan, and Death Benefit Amount.
- Billing Summary: Payment Due Date, Payment Code, Payment Mode, and Years Payable.
- Payment Summary: Contract Status and Modal Premium
- Client: This section includes information on the Insured, the Owner, and the Payor. The user can update these peoples' information here.
- Documents: This section contains all relevant documents. (i.e. Policy Packet, Acceptance Letter, Contract)
Making payments / payment history
From the Payments page, users can make a payment, see payment history, and review the current balance.

Account settings
From the Account page, users can change their password and update their document delivery method preference.
Additional funeral planning options
This section only applies if you are a Passare customer.
If you have Passare, the policyholder will have additional options in Planning Center.
Policyholders can begin planning service details, adding family & friends, writing the obituary, and more!
Planning Center automatically captures any information the policyholder enters and adds it to the preneed case in Passare, saving you time and effort at the time of death.
