There are 7 different color-codes that can appear on your dashboard.
Here's what each color means:
NEW NOTE — Notes have been added by the funeral home or home office.
REVISIONS REQUESTED — This contract has been returned for changes. The funeral home, home office, or agent may have found an error and sent it back.
REASSIGNED — The contract was reassigned to you from another agent.
COMPLETED (5+ DAYS) — This contract was signed and completed more than five days ago, but may not have been submitted to the home office.
WAITING ON FUNDS — The contract is still waiting on payment. This could mean that 'DIGicheck Info Later' or 'Credit Card Info Later' was selected in the payment options.
CURRENT ITEM — Highlights the most recent contract you opened.
PENDING ONLINE SIGNATURES — The contract was emailed to the customer and is waiting to be signed through the online signatures link.
